Thank you for buying your candle(s) from Evoqua, and we hope you love your new purchase (s) as much as we've enjoyed making it for you. If however you are not entirely satisfied, then please call us on 0796172607, or email us at, so that we can try to resolve any problem for you.

If you still choose to return your candle, and to be eligible for a refund, you have up to 14 calendar days to return your item from the date you received it. The candle must be unlit or the item unused, and in the same condition, as it was received.

Please also return your item in the original packaging with your proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning your item and return postage costs are non-refundable.

For your own protection, we advise that you send your item tracked and signed for and obtain proof of postage.           

Once your returned item is safely received by us, we will inspect it and we will then notify you of the status of your return.
If your return is approved your refund will be credited in accordance with your original method of payment. You will receive your credit between 3 - 5 working days after any refund has been approved - depending on your card issuer's policy.

Our descriptions and pictures are clear as to what the soap smells and looks like. If you wish to return a soap unused and in its original packaging, please email us at  within 3 days of receiving the product with the reason that you wish to return it, and we can discuss your return further.
